Fotobar ("we", "us") is a wedding photography and film studio based in New Delhi and Gurgaon, India. This page explains what information we collect through fotobar.co.in, why, and what choices you have.

What we collect

Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site — pages viewed, approximate location (city/country), device and browser type, and referring source. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
Enquiry details. If you use the enquiry form or contact links, the information you choose to send us — typically your name, phone number, wedding date and location, and any message — is delivered to us over WhatsApp or email so we can respond.

We do not collect payment information on this website, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to measure site usage. You can block or delete these in your browser settings, or use a browser extension to opt out of Google Analytics, without affecting your ability to browse the site.

Third parties

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, uses Google Analytics for measurement, loads fonts from Google Fonts, and hands enquiries to WhatsApp / email. Each of these processes limited data under its own privacy terms. Wedding films are embedded from YouTube only after you click to play them.

Retention

Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings (currently 14 months). Enquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our records of bookings and quotes.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent for future contact. Email [email protected] and we will action reasonable requests.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
